Free standard shipping for all US orders. For expedited delivery, please see additional paid delivery options at checkout.
All shipments for orders $150+ require a signature for delivery.
All orders ship in 1-2 business days after being received, and require 2-5 days for shipping depending on delivery location.
For deliveries outside of the US, please contact Sophia.
CARRIERS & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once a package has been dropped off with the carrier and leaves the possession of My Grrl, delivery timing and handling are managed by the shipping service.
If your order experiences delays, tracking issues, or is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages & Insurance
My Grrl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Shipping insurance is not included by default unless otherwise stated at checkout. If insurance is purchased and a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we are happy to assist with the insurance claim process where possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—My Grrl cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS
Contact sophiaboyrr@mygrrl.com or through our contact page to initiate your return. Please email with your order number and reason for return. Return labels will be issued via email.
Due to the limited quantity of inventory at My Grrl, refunds must be initiated and postmarked to return sender within 7 days of delivery
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags (if applicable) must be attached
A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the $5 return shipping fee. Refunds will be processed by My Grrl within 1-2 business days.

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom garments or any customer-specific alterations
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We work quickly to process orders so they can get to you as soon as possible. Because of this, orders may only be canceled or modified within a limited time after purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Order Changes
Requests to change shipping addresses must be made immediately after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has entered processing.
Custom, limited-run, vintage, or 1of1 items cannot be changed or canceled once an order is placed. Please initiate a return after the order is delivered.
